We are a client-driven service that strives to establish a lasting rapport with every client and their family. What are your regular hours of service?

Our regular business hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. If clients have a request or urgent matter that falls outside of business hours and we’re able to accommodate, after hours, weekends, and holidays are billed at a higher rate.

What areas do you service?

Our company services the Fairfield County area of Connecticut. We will travel outside of this area based on the outing or service booked.

I want a service that I do not see on your site. Can you assist?

Yes. Silver Club Concierge will customize service offerings to meet individual needs and will provide any service as long as it is legal, ethical, and with good intentions.

What makes Silver Club Concierge different from other non-medical care providers?

We provide a wide range of non-medical home care services. We have no minimum hourly service requirement per day and select only the most trusted and compassionate team members.

Can Silver Club Concierge take over the management of my current household contracts, such as gardeners and housekeepers?

Yes. Silver Club Concierge can assume management of the contractors currently working in your home.

What is your pricing plan?

The level of value and quality services we offer is quite diverse and extensive. Because we provide unique services for our clients, our rates are based upon the number and variety of services needed, the complexity of requirements, and the projected length of time.

I need my prescription picked up. Do you pay for it, or do I?

It is preferred that prescriptions are paid for before we arrive to pick it up. If we have to pay at the point of purchase, an additional 5% is added to the service charge.

Where do you find your contractors?

Our contractors come from trusted sources, client recommendations and/or highly sought-after service providers based on BBB ratings and customer reviews. Each contractor is extensively interviewed and all references are checked.

How do you supervise your Caregivers?

Do you review the work of your independent contractors for quality assurance?

Yes. We will do scheduled and random onsite visits to ensure that the highest service level is being given.

How quickly can you dispatch a concierge service provider to my residence?

We understand the need for a service like ours to respond in an urgent manner. If you are in urgent need, we guarantee a highly qualified service provider will be at your residence within 24 hours of the initial request. In the event of an emergency, we ask you dial 911.

Is Silver Club Concierge licensed, bonded, and insured?

Yes. We are licensed, bonded, and insured. Proof of coverage is available upon request.

What type of paperwork is required to use your services?

A contract/signature is required for all services.

Why wouldn't I just put an ad in the paper and find someone on my own?

Working with our company affords families several significant advantages. First, we are licensed and insured in the State of Connecticut as a home health concierge agency, offering a great deal of protection. If something should happen to one of our senior home caregivers while on the job, we provide worker’s compensation insurance and liability insurance. We also supervise our home health caregivers—facilitate scheduling and backup if a caregiver is sick or unable to make it to work. We give family members peace of mind as we take on responsibilities to keep their aging loved ones happy and independent. Lastly, all of our employees are thoroughly screened and trained, including a background check.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept personal checks, certified checks, cash, MasterCard, Visa, and American Express.

Will my credit card be charged as a deposit?

No. We will only charge your credit card if we receive your authorization to debit or do not receive payment for services rendered upon completion.

Are materials, expenses, and taxes included in your hourly rate?

No, the client is responsible for paying all additional charges on top of the hourly rate.

How will I know what additional service charges are?

We will provide receipts for all hourly charges and all additional service charges.

Do I need to be concerned about my personal information becoming public?

No. We are responsible professionals, and all client databases are protected with encryption and are only accessible to the internal team.

How does Silver Club Concierge work with my loved one's doctor?

Due to HIPPA laws, we are not automatically privy to your loved one’s medical information. However, if you would like to give your caregiver access, we can advise on how to grant access to information learned from their medical appointments and doctor’s advice. This service offers family members peace of mind, prevents overlapping tests and medications, and increases medical care effectiveness.

Will you administer medication?

If you would like Silver Club Concierge to administer or prepare medication, we’ll happily provide a licensed Caregiver for specific medication services.

How will I know how things are going?

The Owner or Director will follow up with a telephone call to both the senior and the designated family member. We also maintain a log of arrival and departure time, the service provider’s name, and what took place during each visit. These logs can be left in the senior’s home or a copy emailed or faxed upon request.
